Several new buildings will be constructed near the Preses Nams high-rise in Riga during the next ten years.
Grupa93 company has drawn up the detailed plan and Arhis Arhitekti has developed the area concept.
The first stage of the project is going to be implemented by end of 2022. The entire project will be implemented by 2030
There will be built:
A-class fourteen-story office building; business center; several pedestrian and cycling facilities; other buildings and facilities.
